ETRA Arquitectos participa en la gestión de la compra por parte del banco chino ICBC (Industrial and Comercial Bank of China) al Ayuntamiento de Madrid, de la que será su futura sede en Madrid, en la representativa Paseo de Recoletos, en un edificio singular en pleno centro de la capital de España.

Es una compra de 21.800.000  de euros lo que explicita el alcance de la operación dirigida por ETRA, con el asesoramiento completo, a todos los niveles: administrativo,  arquitectónico, técnico, urbanístico, legal y económico.

ETRA Architects involved in the management of the purchase by the Chinese bank ICBC (Industrial and Commercial Bank of China) in the city of Madrid, which will be its future headquarters in Madrid, in the representative street of  Recoletos, in a unique building in heart of the capital of Spain.

It is a purchase of 21,800,000  euros explicit what the scope of the operation led by ETRA, with comprehensive advice on all levels: administrative, architectural, technical, urbanistic, legal and economic.

Etra建筑参与了管理中国工商银行ICBC在马德里总部的选址与购置，这个被选中的独特建筑处于马德里市中心名叫Recoletos大街上。

这个耗费21,800,000欧元购置的ICBC大楼项目，更加明确了Etra建筑事务所工作所及的范围:项目管理，建筑设计，技术施工，城市设计，等等。
