The architectural proposal for the integration of the building complex that make up the desalination plant, aims to on the one hand adapt the ground´s topography and on the other to give a positive environmental response, into a deteriorated environment, to continue improving the coastal landscape of this area. The language used for volumes definition and open spaces is sober, simple, clear, definitive and integrating, differentiating the expression of the Building-Process as a more representative and symbolic than building.  A treatment of outdoor terrace-garden plot is proposed
