A tower of this size, the sixth highest in the world, is more than an office building. It is a complex that in its plinth houses a shopping mall in addition to the offices, a five-star Grand Hotel, a viewpoint and a Cultural Center. The Height is developed with different “loobies” as greenhouses that produce vertical gardens which have a clear bioclimatic performance, by the production of fresh air, necessary for the renewal and improvement of the hydrothermal comfort of the Tower. Its golden enclosure gives its name to the complex, shining in the middle of the desert in Kuwait City.
