This building is located inside an area that needs to be reactivated, with a clear intention to become a milestone and revitalize the area. For this, a bold strategy is adopted, using color to get a fully contemporary performance with expressive rows of terraces overlooking the common areas, with undulating shapes that give vibration and personality to the facades in an environment that needs to have a strong character achieved with the shades of color in a gradient of optimism that wraps the entire project.
