The intention of these apartments of seasonal lease with common services, aims to provide all the amenities of a resort with the highest levels of performance and quality, in a privileged setting of the Almería Mediterranean coast in the South of Spain. Its high-level design commits to an efficient and sustainable building, in which the comfort level derived from its careful study of the apartment-dwelling Organization and its relationship with other units and common areas.
