This mixed-use building is planned in a central location of the city of Las Palmas. Alternating the use of offices as a two-floored plinth, with a development of houses on upper floors. The common areas are treated with materials in translucent glass that help to spread the light in all the corridors that make up the communication galleries to the dwellings, transforming them in special transits and not in the residual spaces this places tend to transform to inside residential buildings.
