The building responds to its environment with two square towers of housing, with interior block courtyard, and they are unified with a plinth that restores them into a unique performance. The building is in contact with the street by an expressive arcade that generates a rhythm of lights and shadows at the Sun of noon, which gives uniqueness to the commercial premises and even for the entire group in its contact with the public street.
