The building between party walls is located at the corner of Calle Gravina and Hortaleza inside the historic centre of Madrid, characterized by narrow streets and closed blocks. The corner is revalued by emptying it of built mass, with weightless elements appearing therein as projecting boxes embedded in the main body, or supported on this.
