A baseboard to evens the performance including the ground floor of the health center and the fleet. In this way, two pieces appear at the ends which start from an elevated public square and facing each other, they dialogue amongst themselves through the gap that occurs between them. One of them of more massive character and the other one lighter and prismatic giving an access to the main street, turning the façade almost into a backdrop held by a tower at the corner and a plane that extends as the party wall, expressive elements that mark the character of the building in its main facade.
