This Project was won in Public Competition. It combines the two scales, the large and the small one, requiring any hospital building. The projected buildings consist of a broad base of 4 plants, levels 0, 1, 2 and 3, which contains the areas of admission, emergency room, surgical blocks, outpatient services, and comes complete with 4 rectangular pieces in comb disposition that start from level 2 and reach the level 7, reaching a total height of 32 meters, responding in the front of the sea with four parts as if the four expressive towers become defensive watchtowers in the port.
